(Or complete a partial translation by downloading this file and editing the appropriate “XY.po” file under the “po” directory therein - many translations require updating!)
The simplest way to create or edit a translation is using a dedicated program (e.g. gtranslator, KBabel, etc.), which make this task really easy.
(You can also use a text editor, but if you never did this before, you'd probably better use a ready-made file for reference, like the ones you find inside this archive)
