Apart from the other bugfixes included in this release, this Windows version fixes the long-standing issue with the console screen popping-up every time the plugin was invoked. The help and localization issues are still unresolved, however.

As for the previous versions, the lqr library is already included in the package, so there's no need to download it separately for Windows users.
