GIMP 2.6.2 WindowsXP Spanish: Plugin doesn't appear at Layer menu

Hi

I'm very interested with this "magic" plugin ;-) I've downloaded the Windows installation and I've followed the instructions but I don't find the plugin at any menu. I don't receive any error message at any time. Any ideas?

I've copied all the files on the appropiate paths but I think that there is a problem with folder's name: "Program files" is "Archivos de programa" in spanish, the plugin use any explicit reference to "program files"?

I will try to force my install on "Program files" directory and install the plugin to check if this solves de problem.

The folder name "Archivios de programa" should not be a problem at all, as only the subfolder structure below the GIMP folder should matter.
As pointed out in the other thread, the only true requirement is that the file gimp-lqr-plugin.exe should be under the YOUR_GIMP_FOLDER\lib\ folder, and then the plugin should be working from the Layer menu (Capa).
If that doesn't work, I'm afraid I can't help much, since I don't use Windows and don't know much about it.
