Where is the plugin located in the menus?

Summary:

I installed via apt-get and there are many plugins. But I looked at all of them and can't find LqR. I found it in the files but in GIMP itself I cannot find it.

Where is the plugin located in the menus?

Greetings everyone.

I installed the gimp-plugin-registry via apt-get. As this site says, the installation did indeed provide me with a plenty of plugins. But I cannot locate LqR among them. I checked the files, and it's there, but I don't know where it is located in the menus within GIMP itself.

If anyone would be able to help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Same person posting again.

Due to some issues, I've had to switch to an Arch-based system. However, contrary to what the site says, this plugin is not included in the repo.

Can it be added perhaps? I'd like very much to use this plugin and compiling from source is my last option which I'd like to avoid if there's an easier approach.

I've resorted to compiling from source, and it worked perfectly!
