Ubuntu Gutsy package for v0.3.0

There's a bugfix in the sources, now the menu entry is correctly localized.
Also, since I upgraded to Ubuntu Gutsy, I have made a package with checkinstall.
This also means that I will no longer maintain the i386 Feisty package.
Note that the help page does not work with GIMP 2.4 and the internal GIMP browser.
This will be fixed in version 2.4.2 of GIMP, in the meanwhile use an external browser for help pages visualization (Edit->Preferences->Help).
