After installation, the following message appears on GIMP startup:
"The procedure entry point gimp_drawable_get_thumbnail could not be located in the dynamic link library libgimpui-2.0-0.dll."

I thought I read that this was fixed, so reloaded
gimp-lqr-plugin_0.7.1-liblqr_0.4.1_win32_setup-1.exe

but I still have this issue.

There's a new version for GIMP 2.8 avalable at the download page. (It says it's for 2.8RC1, but it should work just as well on 2.8).
